Job Summary

The Customer Service Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers in a fast-paced retail environment. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers in a fast-paced retail environment

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to answer customer questions about our products and services
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and mobile payments
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping environment
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or experience in customer service or retail preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or retail, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, or a willingness to learn and develop product knowledge

  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers who speak multiple languages
