Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions

  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and transactions
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Steel-toe shoes required for warehouse work

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
