What We're Looking For We're seeking a Customer Service Representative who is: * A team player with excellent communication skills * Detail-oriented and quick to adapt * Able to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude * Comfortable using a headset and sitting for long periods * Able to pass a Level II background check Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Answering inbound calls, emails, and text messages from clients and their families * Scheduling, confirming, and updating transportation appointments * Collecting and entering accurate data into our systems * Handling complaints professionally and resolving issues in a timely manner * Making outbound calls for appointment coordination * Following all department procedures and quality standards * Staying up to date on policies and protocols * Supporting team efforts to ensure exceptional client experiences What You Need To be successful in this role, you will need: * A high school diploma or equivalent * Fast, accurate typing (40+ WPM) * Excellent communication skills * Eligibility to work in the U.S. * Comfortable using a headset and sitting for long periods * Ability to pass a Level II background check Our Benefits As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy: * Competitive pay: $16.00 per hour * 4% matched 401(k) after one year * Up to 75% of medical insurance paid by the company * 5 days paid time off after one year and 6 paid holidays after 90 days Why Choose arenaflex? * Family-owned and operated – our values guide every interaction * A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all we do * Join a supportive team where your passion for helping others is celebrated and nurtured Work Environment and Culture Our office is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where teamwork and collaboration are essential.
