Key Responsibilities

As a Product Specialist in our call center, you will:

  • Guide customers and referral sources through their order process in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide world-class customer experiences via phone, email, chat, and online orders
  • Utilize product and insurance resources to respond to inquiries
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, services, pricing, and availability
  • Advise customers on shipping and order status
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must:

  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Have related experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or medical equipment setting
  • Demonstrate general computer knowledge and the ability to type 35 wpm
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Home medical equipment or supplies, wellness, and/or healthcare experience
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Unrelenting commitment to success and customer satisfaction

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • $20 - $22 per hour
  • In-person training (typically 90 days) with hybrid option available after successful completion of training
