Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on the 1st shift at a leading safety solutions company in Quincy, MA. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include: * Sending test reports and invoices to customers on time * Laminating and mailing test tags * Answering incoming calls and emails, following up as needed * Answering questions received from customers through the live chat help center online * Receiving and processing requests for sample kits * Other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager What You'll Need To be successful in this role, you'll need: * An Associate's degree (or equivalent experience) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Database, QuickBooks, and ISO quality system experience (helpful but not required) * Ability to multitask and manage time effectively * Excellent, respectful communication skills * Positive, team player attitude Why arenaflex?
