Job Summary
As a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in helping our customers achieve their insurance goals. Responsibilities
* Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
- Collaborate with the agent team to achieve business goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date on product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education requirements

* Active Property and Casualty license (required)
