The Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers through phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibility will be to process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology. You'll also be expected to communicate effectively with customers, helping them navigate our website and online ordering system. To succeed in this role, you'll need to become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology.
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat.
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service.
Minimum Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
