Job Summary

As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional experiences to our customers. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. You'll also become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

Key Responsibilities

- Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology. - Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat. - Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system. - Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service.

Minimum Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred. - Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!

Compensation and Perks

- Pay from $26 to $33 per hour with significant growth and earning potential! - Includes $4 Shift Differential. - 4- or 5-day on-site schedules available, including weekends.
