Your Day as a Customer Service Representative
As a full-time Customer Service Representative, you'll work an 8-hour schedule every Monday - Friday. Your typical day will involve:
- Responding to customer inquiries with professionalism
- Scheduling technicians based on customer issues and geographic efficiencies
- Entering customer data
- Making outbound calls to schedule maintenance appointments
- Collaborating with our team to ensure that our customers receive exceptional support and leave with a positive experience
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide top-tier customer service to homeowners throughout North Texas
- Schedule technicians based on customer issues and geographic efficiencies
- Enter customer data into our system
- Make outbound calls to schedule maintenance appointments
- Collaborate with our team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
Qualifications:
* 2 years of customer service or dispatching experience
- 2 years of HVAC, electrical, or plumbing experience
- Ability to type 50-60 WPM
- Strong listening and verbal communication skills
- Experience using ServiceTitan software is preferred but not required
- Having a high school diploma or equivalent is a plus
- Being bilingual is also a bonus!
