- Provide exceptional live chat support to clients, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner. - Utilize arenaflex's customer relationship management (CRM) system to track and resolve client issues. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions. - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and informed support. - Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and client satisfaction. - Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Essential Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred. - 1-2 years of customer support experience, preferably in a live chat environment. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. - Strong time management and organizational skills. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office. - Availability to work late night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM).

Preferred Qualifications:
