Becoming a part of a high-performance team Should be able to do quality audit for end-to-end automation in Pension Admin Business Contributing to making a positive difference to the lives of the end customers and exceeding client expectations via strong operational rigor and Quality audit. Also ensuring that all compliance and regulatory requirements are met and maintained to Aptia standards. Being bold in thinking and bringing innovative solutions to any barriers faced Through the first 3-6 months, you will be provided adequate training and will be actively supported by your peers to help understand the ways of working. We will count on you to: Exceeding customer expectations by delivering business Quality audit report in process and give quality improvement recommendation. Effective/Accurate reporting of key quality metrics and reviews with relevant stakeholders Timely response to all requests received from all stakeholders. Good Communication (Written and verbal) and interpersonal skills Flexibility and adaptability – as the role will demand to switch between tasks and work on urgent ad-hoc requests What you need to have: Graduate in any field Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in UK Pension process Experience in payroll or scheme event (preferred) Good Communication (Written and verbal) (Must have) Excellent skills to articulate and draft quality audit report with detail information (Must have) Strong Defined Contribution / Defined Benefits technical knowledge (Must have) What makes you stand out?
