About you: You’re a hands-on paid media specialist who enjoys getting stuck in and seeing the impact of your work. You like balancing strategy with day-to-day delivery, and you’re comfortable working closely with agencies and internal teams to drive real results. You care about quality, enjoy solving problems, and bring a calm, practical approach to a fast-moving environment. At Access, we’ll support you to keep learning, share your expertise, and make paid media a consistent driver of growth across the business. Day to day, you will: Plan, run and optimise paid media activity across channels like paid search, LinkedIn, YouTube and display, with a clear focus on leads and revenue. Work closely with marketing teams, data specialists and agencies to make sure campaigns point to the right content and support the full buyer journey. Review performance regularly, using clear metrics like traffic, forms filled and sales qualified leads to spot opportunities and improve results. Share insights, lead performance reviews and help set clear expectations so work is delivered on time and to a high standard. Your skills and experiences might also include: Experience managing paid media budgets and tracking return on investment and return on ad spend. A good understanding of conversion rate optimisation and how small changes can improve results. Confidence working with data, dashboards and reporting tools to turn numbers into clear actions. The ability to explain paid media clearly to non-specialists and build strong relationships with stakeholders. What are we all about?
