Job Description: The Senior Account Executive is a consistent top performer on the Sales team. In addition to maintaining their excellent sales performance record, the Senior Account Executive will provide leadership and support within the TP sales organization to help the team achieve sales, market penetration and profit goals. The Sr. AE will provide specific/targeted recommendations and feedback on sales and marketing programs while assisting the Sales Manager in the training of team members through modeling successful work habits and behaviors. Senior Account Executives are role models who carry the message of the management team and help others understand and embrace our culture. At no times are they negative or behave in any way that would damage overall team, floor, or company health. Key responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to: Maintain individual sales results through outbound calling and solution-based selling Deliver online product demonstrations and consistent customer follow up Prioritize and target customers and prospects by the potential for revenues/profits, cost to sell and service, and probability of success Shadow and assist with onboarding on new hires Understand and exemplify all aspects of Top Producer’s sales process Accurately and ethically sell Top Producer products as well as use and embrace all Top Producer Sales tools/procedures. Support team members and the sales floor by helping the leadership team create and maintain a positive and encouraging sales environment Assist in motivating and mentoring team members regarding sales process, product knowledge, etc. Embrace and champion Top Producer culture, leadership, and core values. Sr. Account Executive Qualifications: Minimum of 6 months of employment in the sales department. Has averaged 100%+ of quota over the previous 6 months to qualify. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the sales department. Has strong knowledge of company products and services. Must have proven and ongoing sales and organizational skills at Top Producer Consistently meets sales objectives and activity levels set forth by management Assertive, self-motivated, and able to motivate and encourage others by example and by using positive reinforcement. Excellent communication skills. Attends meetings and trainings on time and with consistency. Has not been on an attendance or behavioral plan in the last 3 months.
