Job Summary: The Procedural Specialist provides expert technical and clinical support during peripheral vascular procedures, ensuring optimal product utilization and patient outcomes. This role involves direct interaction with healthcare professionals in a cath lab or operating room setting. Job Responsibilities: Provide hands-on technical support and clinical expertise to physicians and cath lab staff during peripheral vascular procedures using Bard Peripheral Vascular products. Educate and train healthcare professionals on proper product usage, features, and benefits, including new product introductions. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during procedures, ensuring smooth and efficient operation. Maintain a high level of product knowledge across the Bard Peripheral Vascular portfolio. Attend and participate in professional conferences, workshops, and educational programs to stay current with industry trends and product advancements. Assist with inventory management and ordering of Bard Peripheral Vascular products within assigned accounts. Collect and report competitive information and market feedback to internal teams. Complete and submit all required documentation, including expense reports, procedure logs, and call reports, in a timely manner. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field (e.g., Nursing, Cardiovascular Technology, Biomedical Engineering) preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cath lab, interventional radiology, or operating room environment, with direct exposure to peripheral vascular procedures. Strong understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, physiology, and pathology. Proven ability to provide effective technical and clinical support in a high-pressure environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness and ability to travel frequently, often on short notice, to support procedures within an assigned territory. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Valid driver's license and good driving record.
