Role Overview We are looking to hire 3 Agentic AI Developers to design, build, and deploy intelligent AI agents capable of autonomously performing complex workflows across our platform. While we have a preference for candidates based in Dallas, Texas, we are open to hiring exceptional talent from anywhere across the globe. You will work at the intersection of AI, automation, and healthcare operations — building systems that can reason, act, and continuously improve. This role is ideal for someone fluent in LLMs, multi-agent systems, and real-world orchestration who is excited to apply them in a mission-driven healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop agentic AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution Build multi-step AI workflows for Revenue Cycle Management, claims processing, scheduling optimization, and clinical documentation automation Develop tool-using AI agents with function calling, API orchestration, and retrieval systems Implement memory, planning, and reasoning frameworks for AI agents Collaborate with product and clinical teams to translate workflows into AI-driven solutions Optimize models for accuracy, latency, and cost efficiency Ensure HIPAA-compliant, secure AI implementations and continuously monitor and improve agent performance

Qualifications

Required 3–7+ years in software development with AI/ML exposure Strong Python / Node.js skills LLM frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar OpenAI / Anthropic / open-source LLM experience Hands-on building of autonomous agents and API integrations Prompt engineering, RAG, and function calling proficiency AWS cloud experience Preferred Healthcare tech / RCM / ABA domain experience HIPAA compliance and data security knowledge Vector DBs: Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS Multi-agent framework and planning systems exposure Fine-tuning and model optimization experience Why Join Artemis?
