If you are eager to join a dynamic and rapidly expanding organization, we would love to talk to you. <strong>Role Overview </strong>As the Director of Product, Data and Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and implementing the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Data & Analytics division. You will lead a talented team to develop data-powered products, enhancing the efficiency of professional services organizations. From conceptualization to successful launch, you will be at the forefront of driving innovation in the realms of reports, dashboards, data warehouse, and future business intelligence/visualization modules. <strong>Responsibilities </strong>Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Data & Analytics division. Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver user-centric experiences. Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to shape product requirements and features. Craft product requirements documentation and user stories in collaboration with the engineering team. Engage with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, implementation, success, and support, to provide in-depth insights into use cases and product features. Analyze market trends and competition, contributing to our thought leadership strategy. Ensure timely releases and the availability of internal and external training materials. <strong>Requirements </strong>8+ years of product management experience in a SaaS organization. 5+ years of product management experience with a focus on data and analytics. 3+ years of experience leading teams and developing product managers. Proven track record of delivering data-driven and automated solutions from concept to successful launch. Experience with business intelligence solutions and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Sisense, Domo, or similar. Understanding of AI concepts and a passion for exploring the latest innovations. Customer-centric approach to understanding insights and championing their voice. Strong ability to prioritize features and create roadmaps backed by data-driven business cases. <strong>Leadership Competencies </strong>Strategic Decision Making: Develop and execute a long-term vision aligned with organizational goals, making tough decisions in complex situations.
