Job Description

Your Department We run T Cloud Public! T Cloud Public is the European Hyperscale based on open source community software and driven by principles of DevSecOps. Lean structures, agile methods, highly motivated teams and an extremely dynamic business environment determine our actions. With this customer-oriented and agile orientation, we are the anchor point for the Public Cloud business in Deutsche Telekom Group. We are measured by delivering a secure, stable and innovative platform. We work jointly with our platform partner and other partners out of the OpenStack ecosystem to create a highly innovative public cloud product based on European security and data protection standards. We are looking for people who are professionals and evangelists with a great deal of enthusiasm for cloud technology and who are up to the challenges created by the development and operation of a hyper-scale public cloud. We offer a unique insight into how a large public cloud works under the hood, intercultural teamwork, flat hierarchies, and an independent working-style. Your Tasks As a Technical Cloud Training Expert you are responsible for enabling internal and external stakeholders to understand and successfully use T Cloud Public on an architectural level. You design and deliver trainings that translate complex cloud architectures and product capabilities into understandable and applicable knowledge. You will drive the T Cloud Public Academy to the next level. You want: Design and deliver technical trainings, workshops and enablement sessions for customers, partners and internal teams Explain complex cloud architectures, concepts and T Cloud Public services in a clear and structured way Develop and maintain training materials, hands-on labs and certification content Enable customers and partners to design and implement architectures based on T Cloud Public Collaborate with Product Management, Presales and Engineering to ensure up-to-date and accurate content Support onboarding and continuous learning journeys for different target groups (e.g. developers, architects, decision makers) Continuously improve training concepts based on feedback and evolving cloud technologies Act as a technical evangelist for T Cloud Public and represent the product in trainings, events or webinars Work in a community where everyone helps each other in an open and trusting manner Work in a team of technical specialists where everyone helps each other in an open and trusting way.

Qualifications

Your Profile Completed studies in computer science, engineering or comparable professional training 3–5 years of professional experience in IT, ideally in cloud, training, consulting or architecture roles Understanding of cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) Good knowledge of T Cloud Public or comparable cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP) Ability to explain complex technical topics to different audiences (from beginner to architect level) Experience in designing and delivering technical trainings, workshops or enablement formats Strong presentation and moderation skills High customer orientation and strong communication skills Practice with agile methods, development processes and modern toolchains Fluency in English Nice to have: Experience with OpenStack, containers, networking and infrastructure concepts German You will be working in the European Union to meet our customers' data security and privacy requirements.
