Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Customer Service Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing live chat messages on business websites and social media accounts

  • Resolving customer issues promptly and efficiently

Essential Qualifications

  • Availability to work remotely worldwide (United States preferred)
