Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Risk Teammate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks to the arenaflex marketplace, including detecting and preventing fraudulent activity
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk management strategies
  • Providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the integrity of our platform
  • Analyzing and resolving complex customer complaints and issues

  • Contributing to the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or risk management
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a risk management or compliance capacity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
