Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Live Chat Agent to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for assisting customers via text, email, or through our mobile app, providing recommendations, resolving unique problems, and identifying areas of process improvements. Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via text, email, or through our mobile app
  • Providing recommendations and solutions to customer problems
  • Resolving unique and complex customer issues
  • Identifying areas of process improvements and making recommendations for change
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
  • Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • 1+ year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Experience working in a call center or live chat environment
  • Knowledge of insurance products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
