Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our team. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You will assist with booking, cancellations, and other travel-related inquiries, provide accurate information about flight schedules, fares, and policies, and handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers via phone, email, and chat with booking, cancellations, and other travel-related inquiries
  • Providing accurate information about flight schedules, fares, and policies

  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by providing personalized and efficient service
