What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Communicating with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide solutions that meet their needs
  • Researching and problem-solving to provide effective solutions for customers, thinking proactively, and setting follow-ups as needed to ensure contact resolution
  • Operating with understanding, active listening, perseverance, compassion, and empathy to customers and team members alike
  • Demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow, sharing feedback, and being open-minded to new ideas and perspectives
  • Engaging with team members and managers using virtual collaboration tools like Zoom and Slack to cultivate a customer-centric culture of collaboration

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2 years of customer service experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong written, verbal, and listening abilities, as demonstrated through a written assessment
  • Ability to multitask, maintaining a conversation on the phone while navigating on the computer and taking notes, and performing well in a fast-paced environment
  • Skill in computer usage for data entry and efficient internet browsing to assist customers
  • Ability to adapt to change with the business needs of the company
  • Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed by the business unit
  • Dedication to maintaining confidentiality and securing critical information
  • High school graduate or equivalent experience
  • Willingness and ability to pass a background check

Technical Requirements

To ensure a seamless customer experience, you'll need:

  • A work area large enough to accommodate computer monitors and free from distractions, including background noise
  • A reliable wired, high-speed internet and broadband connection, with a download speed of at least 30 Mbps and an upload speed of at least 10 Mbps
  • A computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, webcam, and phone line (not required, but a cell phone or tablet for two-factor authentication through Okta Verify)
