Job Responsibilities:

As a Data Scientist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including software developers, business leaders, and data engineers, to design and develop data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experiences.
• Developing and implementing AI and ML models to analyze complex datasets and drive business insights.
• Designing and implementing data pipelines to collect, process, and analyze large datasets.
• Developing and maintaining data visualizations and reporting tools to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborating with data engineers to design and implement data architectures that support business needs.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI and ML, and applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improve customer experiences.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as statistics, mathematics, computer science, business analytics, finance, economics, or engineering. + 3+ years of experience in data science, including experience with data querying languages (e.g., SQL), programming languages (e.g., Python), and statistical/numerical programming languages (e.g., R, SAS, Matlab). + 3+ years of experience with AI and ML tools and techniques, including experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and deep learning libraries (e.g., Keras). + Experience applying theoretical models in an applied context.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as statistics, mathematics, computer science, business analytics, finance, economics, or engineering. + Experience in a ML or data scientist role with a large technology organization. + Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and containerization (e.g., Docker).
