Job Summary
We're seeking an Experienced Data Analyst to join our high-level investigation and content group. As a Data Analyst, you'll apply advanced analytical techniques to drive business decisions, analyze client behavior, and identify opportunities for growth. You'll work closely with our content team to develop and implement data-driven strategies, and collaborate with other teams to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to drive business decisions
- Analyze client behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify neglected client needs and untapped content opportunities
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive content commitment and engagement
- Streamline our content launch and episode release process
- Test marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention
- Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and key navigation
- Provide ad-hoc analysis support to partners to drive business growth
- Effectively communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in data analysis
- Proficiency in SQL and experience in R and Python
- Experience in statistical analysis and AI methods: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.
- Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity to solve complex problems
- Exceptional data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Data Science, Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
