The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing support to our clients' customers through online chat. You'll work with a variety of businesses, answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through online chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our clients' products and services, enabling you to provide accurate and helpful information to customers

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. communications, business) a plus

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop, phone, or tablet

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, either in-person or online

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools (e.g. Zendesk, Freshdesk)
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and online marketing strategies
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
