Transfusion Medicine Mexico structure requires a Strategic Account Manager responsible for: Provide specialized support to customers in the use of products, encompassing programming, maintenance, and operation, in order to ensure optimal performance. Ensure efficient coordination of customer service across private business accounts and distributor channels, addressing scientific and technical support requirements in a timely and effective manner. Serve as the person responsible for the management and support of the AMB team for the Mexico & CAM region, with direct reporting responsibility, including the monitoring, control, and analysis of performance indicators, as well as the supervision of field activities. Carry out all assigned functions in strict compliance with quality standards and within the timelines established by global and local procedures, contributing to the achievement of organizational objectives and ensuring customer satisfaction. What You’ll Do: On site and remote (Installations, Escalations, AMB Mentorship, Abbottlink Connectivity, On site visit audits) Regional training (Alinity S, Alinity i and Architect trainner, Remote tools expert, Business and service review, Distribuitors Optimization and following) Consultant and Service insights (Following and development improvement plans, Service meetings, DX Spare parts inventory accuracy, Worflow, KPI region analysis) Quality and administrative tasks (TSB Monitoring, CMSNext Data base updating, TCR following, warranties and replenishment approval) Support and evaluation of AMBs in Mexico y Guatemala

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree Advanced english Years of experience, both overall and any industry-specific experience needed: A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Service Coordinator, or 3 to 5 years of internal experience at Abbott, with proven background in service support for medical equipment, laboratory systems, and blood banks. Planning and organizational skills Experience in project coordination within the assigned territory Operational and strategic support to the direct manager. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective interpersonal communication and teamwork skills. Solid technical knowledge with a creative approach. Strong customer service orientation.
