Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, educating them on business concepts and principles, and helping them implement effective game plans through our strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll have the following key responsibilities:

  • Prepare effective plans for our clients, taking into account their unique needs and goals
  • Educate customers on business concepts and principles, providing clear and concise explanations and recommendations
  • Offer solutions to families in various areas, including legal protection, identity theft, investments, and more
  • Collaborate with our strategic partners to provide comprehensive support and services to our clients
  • Meet with prospective clients to discuss their needs and goals, and provide personalized recommendations and solutions
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and share knowledge and expertise with colleagues and clients

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have the following qualifications and skills:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • US Citizen or legal resident of the United States or Canada
  • Felony-free background
  • Preferably out of college or recent graduate
  • Self-motivated and driven individual with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software applications

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications and skills are preferred:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Knowledge of business concepts and principles
  • Experience working with diverse populations and cultures
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with sales and marketing principles and practices
