Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support - Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and internal teams through phone, email, and chat support
  • Entering and maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer data in our systems
  • Assisting with data entry, reporting, and analysis to support business decisions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion

  • Participating in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of administrative experience with a customer/client focus, preferably in a customer support or data entry role
  • Ability to perform high volumes of detail-oriented work at an efficient pace
  • Experience working with inbound and outbound calls is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality on sensitive items
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to work
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
