Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing various types of data within our company database. Key Responsibilities

* Input data from various sources into our company database

• Review data for errors or redundancies
• Research information needed for completing documents with minimal oversight
• Transfer data from hard copy to a digital database
• Update customer information in a secure manner
• Organize existing data across multiple spreadsheets
• Verify outdated data and make necessary changes to records
• Analyze and use data from automated information aggregators to update the database

Essential Qualifications

* No prior experience required; willingness to learn is essential

• A can-do attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Successful candidates will complete a four-week training program
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in relevant fields a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Basic understanding of cryptocurrency markets preferred

• Strong typing skills; knowledge of touch typing is a plus
• Excellent familiarity with word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
• Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware
• Good command of English, both oral and written, along with customer service skills
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to work a rotating roster
