Job Summary

As an Airline Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless and enjoyable experiences for our airline customers. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional service, resolving issues, and ensuring on-time departures. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to airline passengers, crew members, and airport staff

  • Perform a broad range of duties, including rotation through ticket counter, lobby area, gate functions, customs, arrivals, and other areas within the airport
  • Operate jet bridges and resolve issues related to flight activity to ensure on-time departures
  • Handle cash transactions, manifests, and labeling
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless and efficient operations
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and respect in all interactions

Essential Qualifications

* At least 18 years old, with a High School Diploma or G.E.D.

  • English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication
  • Computer literacy and ability to navigate various software systems
  • Ability to stand, bend, squat, reach, grasp, and pick up items, with occasional lifting up to 70 pounds
  • Reading and comprehension of reference materials, instructions, policies, and procedures

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service, aviation, or a related field

  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
