Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Engineer at arenaflex, you will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions using our cloud-based products. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying business opportunities, managing technical relationships with clients, and providing expert advice on cloud computing and related technologies. Key Responsibilities

* Work with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities, recognize client technical complaints, and develop a plan to resolve technical blockers

  • Manage the technical relationship with Google clients, products, solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and the coordination of additional technical resources
  • Work with clients to demonstrate and model Google Cloud product combinations in client or partner environments
  • Suggest migration techniques, project models, migration tools, and cloud infrastructure to implement a comprehensive solution using Google Cloud
  • Attend client sites, meetings, and other related events as necessary
  • Test and motivate clients and partners to tackle issues with solutions using a range of technical capabilities

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

  • 4 years of experience as a technical sales engineer in a cloud computing environment, or client-facing role
  • Experience in traditional data center models and components (e.g., servers, storage, networking, and virtualization technology)
  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms, infrastructure, storage, or services

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with deployment tools and technologies (e.g., Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Deployment (CD), Chef, Puppet, Ansible)

  • Experience with operating systems, Linux system administration, or enterprise applications
  • Experience with public cloud platforms, infrastructure, storage, or services
  • Experience in security matters (e.g., authentication protocols, identity and access management systems, encryption, getting cloud structures, organization, end-point security)
  • Experience in areas of networking (e.g., Linux, programming-defined networking, virtualization, open protocols, application acceleration and load balancing, DNS, virtual private networks and their application to PaaS and IaaS technologies)

* Strong technical skills in cloud computing, including Google Cloud Platform

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Experience with cloud-based tools and technologies, including Google Cloud Platform
  • Familiarity with cloud security and compliance requirements
