System Integration & Support: Integrate mainframe systems with other platforms and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting. Batch Processing & Job Scheduling: Utilize JCL and scheduling tools like CA7 or TWS to manage and automate batch jobs. Version Control & Code Management: Employ version control systems like Changeman or Endeavor to manage code changes and deployments. Agile Methodologies: Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and code reviews.
