Remote Outpatient Telehealth Therapist (1099) – LPC or LCSW

Role Description We are seeking a compassionate and trauma-informed LPC or LCSW to join our fully remote private practice as a part-time or full-time 1099 clinician. This position is ideal for clinicians who:

Responsibilities

• Manageable caseload of at least 10 clients with room to grow, ages ~16+
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Complete timely, accurate documentation using an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
• Provide individual therapy via secure telehealth platforms using a trauma-informed, culturally responsive approach

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPC or LCSW license in the state of practice
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
• Expertise in Treatment Planning and Case Management
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Advanced interpersonal and communication skills

Compensation

• Compensation is 65/hr provided through a fee-for-service model designed to support flexibility, sustainable caseload growth, and clinician autonomy, allowing clinicians to build their caseload at a pace aligned with their availability and professional goals.
