The Role

As a Senior Active Directory and PKI Customer Engineer at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work with a highly motivated team of industry experts, preview new technology before others, and learn how to make the most of it. You'll visit customers to train them and share your expertise, build strong relationships, and ensure deliveries align with customer projects and milestones. You'll also gain access to expertise and support from arenaflex's consulting practice and product groups, and continually learn and grow professionally.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver proactive services such as education workshops, assessments, and expert guidance to customers

  • Join a highly motivated team of leading industry experts and contribute to the development of best practices for key technologies and products
  • Preview new technology before others in the industry and learn how to make the most of it
  • Visit customers to train them and share industry and development expertise
  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure deliveries align with customer projects and milestones
  • Gain access to expertise and support from arenaflex's consulting practice and product groups
  • Continually learn and grow professionally
  • Analyze problems and maintain, extend accreditations and certifications
  • Assist in developing best practices for key technologies and products to support technical team readiness
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and ability to develop strategic ongoing customer relationships
  • Possess strong technical writing, presentation, and training skills

Essential Qualifications

* Deep knowledge (300-400 level) in the following technology areas: + Active Directory Certificate Services + Large scale two and three tier PKI hierarchies + Experience with NDES and OCSP + Experience with scripted installations + Understanding of database cleanup options and PKI domain maintenance + Cross-forest implementations + Active Directory Domain Services + Active Directory replication and performance monitoring + Active Directory troubleshooting + Group Policy implementation, design, and troubleshooting + Security and administration of the Active Directory environment, including PKI + Fundamental networking knowledge (IP, DHCP, DNS, WINS, routing, etc.)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop strategic ongoing customer relationships and gain trust and respect for arenaflex Premier Engineers
  • Strong technical writing, presentation, and training skills

* Experience with Active Directory Scripting technologies

  • Experience with Active Directory Disaster Recovery
  • Experience with Active Directory Monitoring Tools
  • Experience with Microsoft Identity Manager
  • Experience with Active Directory Federated Services
  • Experience with Azure AD Connect
  • Experience with Azure Active Directory
