Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide product and service information to customers, including pricing, availability, and features
  • Process customer transactions, including bookings, cancellations, and refunds
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the travel or hospitality industry

  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Previous experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of industry trends and developments
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
