Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for advancing the Netflix experience through data-driven insights and recommendations. You'll work closely with our cross-functional team to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve client satisfaction. Your expertise will be essential in shaping the Netflix experience, from email marketing campaigns to in-app notifications and user interface design.

Key Responsibilities

* Design and develop data-driven solutions to improve the Netflix experience, including email marketing campaigns, in-app notifications, and user interface design

• Collaborate with our cross-functional team to gather requirements, design, and implement data-driven solutions
• Work with our Android, iOS, Site, and TV UI engineers to enable data-driven experiences on the backend
• Develop data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions and drive growth
• Collaborate with our data science team to design and implement A/B testing and experimentation strategies
• Develop and maintain reusable, templated systems to streamline data entry and management
• Work with our backend engineers to design and implement APIs and data pipelines

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• 1-2 years of experience in data entry, data management, or related field
• Proficiency in Java or other object-oriented programming languages
• Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript
• Front-end web development experience, including CSS, HTML, and JavaScript
• Experience with SQL and data modeling
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques

* Experience working with data-driven teams and collaborating with cross-functional teams
