Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Remote Customer Service Call Center Representative to join our Service BDC (Business Development Center) team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, scheduling service appointments, and managing customer databases. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding service offerings, appointment scheduling, and vehicle concerns.

  • Provide information on promotions, services, and service specials.
  • Schedule service appointments and manage the customer database.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with service and resolve any issues.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm when engaging with customers.
