As an Experienced Customer Product Support Representative, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve this goal by providing top-notch support to our clients and their customers.

Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Product Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and their customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Documenting customer interactions and issues in our CRM system
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer support skills
  • Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work 15-25 hours per week and commit to a certain routine
  • Access to a computer and a reliable internet connection
  • Access to a digital camera or cell phone that takes pictures
  • 18 years or older

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset in this role:

  • Previous customer support experience in a similar industry
  • Experience with CRM software and customer support tools
  • Knowledge of product testing and product development principles
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
