Job Responsibilities:

As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Promoting and selling air travel to the traveling public or freight forwarders
• Providing assistance with passenger check-in and load acceptance
• Interpreting authorities' guidelines and requirements for domestic and international travel or shipment shipments
• Meeting and dispatching planes within set-up times
• Providing assistance to distressed passengers and customers
• Protecting business assets and revenue
• Ensuring a safe journey for our customers

What We're Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a strong and diverse skillset, including:

• High school degree or equivalent
• Fluency in English, with bilingual language skills required in some locations
• Valid driver's license, as required by local authorities
• Ability to pass FAA background checks to qualify for unescorted access to airport security identity display areas (SIDA), if applicable
• Ability to work abnormal and/or prolonged hours, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to work on a regular and timely basis
