Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Remote Customer Care Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a Patient Care Advocate, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, helping patients understand their pharmacy benefits, and addressing their concerns with empathy and care. Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to phone inquiries from patients and addressing their concerns with care, detail, and empathy
• Helping patients understand their pharmacy benefits and providing them with expert advice
• Documenting all interactions in real-time and keeping track of patient interactions
• Identifying and addressing patient concerns, and escalating them appropriately when necessary
• Collaborating with your team to provide exceptional customer service and support

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of relevant customer care experience
• Intermediate to Advanced PC knowledge
• Ability to navigate multiple screens and systems
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Flexibility to work specified shifts and extended hours as necessary

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we're looking for candidates with:

• A College degree or Junior College degree with a healthcare focus
• Medical Terminology training
• Pharmacy or Benefits training
