What You'll Do

As a Customer Experience Advisor, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers through phone calls, emails, and internal communication software. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service by resolving issues, answering questions, and providing personalized solutions
  • Learning and utilizing our internal management system to efficiently process sales orders and maintain customer relationships
  • Collaborating with teammates, management, and other departments through internal communication software
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer experiences and implementing creative solutions
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company initiatives to provide informed support

  • Are highly proficient in navigating multiple tabs and windows (keyboard shortcuts are your secret weapon!)
  • Can stay energized and motivated in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with limited supervision
  • Are excited to represent arenaflex and facilitate meaningful customer interactions

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to:

  • Attend a virtual two-week onboarding program via Google Meet video calls (Google Meet can be accessed through any web browser, but works best with Google Chrome)
  • Have a quiet workspace with minimal noise (i.e., home office) to fulfill your shifts
  • Be available to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT
  • Be available evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season
  • Have a reliable high-speed internet connection with access to your router (a laptop and all necessary equipment will be provided)
  • Not be on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)

Extra Credit

While not required, experience in customer service and working from home will be a plus!
