Role Summary

As a Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include resolving customer queries, providing product information, and assisting with order-related issues. Our team is the voice of arenaflex, committed to delivering excellent service and fostering customer loyalty. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing timely and professional responses to their inquiries via phone, chat, and email.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner.

  • Provide accurate information about arenaflex services, delivery processes, and partner restaurants.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer feedback and improve service delivery.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, promotions, and policies to assist customers.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues.
  • Work towards monthly service level agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to improve customer experience.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service, call center, or related field (1-3 years preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a high-volume environment.
  • Proficiency in using computers and various software applications.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Excellent listening and empathy skills.
