Your Role
As a Remote Chat Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers through live chat to provide support and sales-related assistance. Your role will involve:
- Engaging with customers through live chat, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing our comprehensive training program to become well-acquainted with arenaflex and your responsibilities
- Accessing resources with common questions and answers and ongoing support from our dedicated team
- Collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas to continuously improve our customer service experience
Position Details
* Contract Length: Flexible, with no fixed duration
- Rate: $35 per hour, rewarding your commitment and service
- Hours Per Week: Minimum of 15 hours, with potential for more based on your availability
- Location: This position is entirely remote, allowing you to work online from anywhere, with a preference for candidates within the United States
