Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Blended Process (Social Media) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including social media. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels, including social media, email, and phone.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize social media platforms to engage with customers, address their concerns, and provide solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in international customer service, preferably in a blended process environment.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with flexibility to work from home or in a office setting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze customer data and trends to improve customer satisfaction.

* Experience in social media management, including creating and scheduling content, engaging with customers, and monitoring social media metrics.

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, with a strong understanding of their features and benefits.

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and train new team members.
