Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading a high-performing team of customer service professionals in delivering exceptional support experiences to our clients. You'll be the driving force behind our customer service strategy, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support in the industry. Your expertise, leadership, and passion for customer service will be instrumental in driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and enhancing our reputation as a leader in cloud computing.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of customer service professionals in delivering exceptional support experiences to clients

  • Develop and implement customer service strategies that drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance our reputation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize customer needs, develop solutions, and implement process improvements
  • Analyze customer feedback, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to drive continuous improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Manage performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop plans to address gaps
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and excellence in customer service

Essential Qualifications

* 4+ years of demonstrated leadership experience in customer service or a similar elite performance functional group

  • 3+ years of experience building teams and developing employee growth plans
  • Proven experience driving projects to improve support-related processes
  • Strong relational, verbal (speaking, listening, interpretation), and written communication skills in both English and Turkish
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Software Engineering, Science, Business)

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a relevant field (Software Engineering, Science, Business)

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-speed environment
  • Familiarity with AWS technologies
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced skills in Success and reporting
  • Experience with cloud-based applications and services
