Position Overview Emory Healthcare is hiring a Remote Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to executive leadership teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, resourceful, and experienced in managing executive-level priorities within a dynamic healthcare or corporate environment. This role requires exceptional communication skills, advanced organizational abilities, and the capacity to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Candidates must be comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting while collaborating across multiple departments and leadership teams. This opportunity is open to U.S.-based candidates only.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex executive calendars, schedules, and appointments
  • Coordinate virtual meetings, leadership conferences, and executive communications
  • Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and meeting materials
  • Organize travel arrangements, expense reports, and administrative logistics
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business information
  • Monitor deadlines, project timelines, and executive priorities
  • Draft and edit professional correspondence and internal communications
  • Support cross-functional coordination among departments and leadership teams
  • Assist with workflow optimization and administrative process improvements
  • Manage digital filing systems, records, and operational documentation
  • Serve as a point of contact between executives, employees, and external partners

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • 3+ years of Executive Assistant or senior-level administrative support experience
  • Experience supporting executives, directors, or C-suite leadership
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Advanced proficiency with:
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Google Workspace
  • Zoom and virtual collaboration tools
  • Calendar and scheduling software
  • Project management platforms
  • Ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a remote environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Professional demeanor with a high level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare administration, hospital systems, or medical operations
  • Familiarity with executive support in large organizations
  • Experience working with remote or distributed teams
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance and operational workflows
  • Experience coordinating leadership projects and strategic initiatives
