The Job

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering legendary service to our guests in the Vail Valley. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset, including:

• Interacting with customers by delivering equipment rentals to their accommodations
• Offering support service throughout their stay
• Picking up equipment after their final day on the mountain
• Maintaining a clean and organized shop
• Restocking vans with extra equipment
• Answering and making calls to our customers

Requirements

* No prior experience is required, but a passion for delivering exceptional customer service is a must

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and move equipment (up to 50 pounds)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience in a retail or hospitality environment

• Knowledge of ski and snowboard equipment and maintenance
• Ability to work in a cold and snowy environment
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
