Experienced Customer Service Representative – Insurance Policy Endorsement and Account Management

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing endorsement requests for personal lines insurance policies, securing pricing from carriers as needed
  • Managing account documentation, sending documentation to insureds, and following up to ensure it was received and submitted to the carrier
  • Maintaining a follow-up system with insurance carriers to ensure requests are processed timely
  • Furnishing underwriters with additional information as requested
  • Issuing certificates of insurance and evidence of property forms to clients and their representatives upon request
  • Processing lost policy release forms, transmitting correspondence to insureds and carriers
  • Performing other specific duties and projects as assigned by management
  • Daily managing the agency interface system (download), ensuring all transactions are matched so revenue is recorded accurately by month-end
  • May provide sales support, including rating policies and entering policy information into the database
  • Pursuing a program for personal and professional development

What You Offer Us

* 1-2 years of insurance experience

  • Property & Casualty License is Required
  • Well-organized with an aptitude for details
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Understand and analyze insurance coverage, forms, and policies
  • Work day will be scheduled between 7 am and 7 pm, with additional time as needed
  • Proficiency in MS Office
