, requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing complex telecommunications networks. You will be responsible for architecting robust, scalable, and secure solutions that support a wide range of services, from 5G mobile to enterprise data solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the overall architecture for the company's telecommunications network, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technological advancements. Design and implement next-generation network solutions, including IP networks, wireless technologies (4G/5G), optical transport, and data center interconnects. Evaluate and select new technologies, vendor solutions, and architectural patterns to enhance network performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Create detailed network design documents, including high-level designs (HLD), low-level designs (LLD), network diagrams, and configuration templates. Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, testing, and deployment of new network services and infrastructure upgrades. Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to network engineers and operations teams. Conduct in-depth performance analysis, capacity planning, and identify areas for network optimization and enhancement. Collaborate with product management, engineering, and operations teams to define service requirements and translate them into network designs. Develop and implement network security strategies to protect against evolving threats and ensure data integrity. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in telecommunications and network architecture. Troubleshoot complex network issues and develop root cause analysis to prevent recurrence. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in telecommunications network design, architecture, and engineering. Proven expertise in designing and deploying large-scale IP/MPLS networks, BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, MPLS-TP, Segment Routing. Deep understanding of wireless network technologies (e.g., 5G NR, LTE, Wi-Fi) and their core network integration. Experience with optical networking technologies (DWDM, OTN) and transport network design. Familiarity with cloud networking concepts and virtualization technologies (NFV, SDN). Strong knowledge of network security principles and best practices. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience managing technical projects. Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
