* Competitive salary of £12,535.33 rising to £12,843.13 after 8 months, plus uncapped commission

Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Customer Advisor with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service over the phone, listening to customer needs and working together to find the best possible outcome
- Building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and tailoring your approach to meet their individual requirements
- Working collaboratively with the team to resolve customer issues and provide solutions

Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve customer issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and mutual respect
- Basic computer skills, with the ability to navigate our CRM system and other software applications
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a similar role within the industry, with a focus on customer service and support
- Knowledge of EE & BT products and services, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry developments
- Experience working in a remote or flexible work environment, with a focus on work-life balance
